About product returns and exchanges
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience, except when the product has a defective part.

Terms of return
If there is a defect in the product or if there is a difference from the ordered product, please contact us within 3 days after the product arrives. We will replace the product at our expense. After this period, we cannot accept returns. Also, please note that we cannot accept returns of the following products even if there is a defect.

・Products that have passed 4 days or more since arrival
・Items that have been used or cleaned
・Items with damaged, defaced, or missing product tags ・Products that have been soiled, scratched, damaged, or otherwise damaged by the customer
・Products whose package has been opened (if the package is part of the product)
・Products purchased outside of this site
